Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. Final sale items, personalized products, and hygiene-sensitive goods may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at info@mangarush.online or +1 (770) 431-6796 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for expedited exchange processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@mangarush.online with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
